This issue can be resolved by making changes to the Multi-Function Printer (MFP) scan profile. You may be unable to scan documents queued in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) of your Dell multifunction printer (MFP). Printer will not scan from Automatic Document Feeder. Update the printer scan profile to resolve an issue with the printer not scanning from the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) even with the document loaded when using Scan to Computer/PC.
